The Egyptians idea about sex may be nonsense, their sexual rituals, their sex Gods and Goddesses could be fairy tale stories with no head or tail but it hardly mattered, at least their sex stories gave them something in return right in front of them, instantly and they got the beautiful gift called sex. The real importance is their thinking about sex, unlike all other religions which followed and still exists which condemned sex and termed sex as a sin, perhaps the Egyptian religion was the only one which had such extravagant and grand sexual rituals to be conducted in their temples, in a way they sent a strong message to their people and to the outside world and the message was bold and clear that, Sex was important but negligible, something to be worshipped as sacred but something to forget and not ponder upon.
